Sleep is essential for the whole family but when little ones struggle with sleep, everyone feels it. At Parents Need Sleep, I support families with gentle, practical sleep guidance to help children aged 6 months to 5 years develop healthy sleep habits.

As a sleep coach I'm here to support parents in reclaiming a full night's sleep, ensuring you and your little ones can thrive. Together, we explore effective strategies and personalised solutions to help everyone in your family get the restorative sleep they deserve.

Parents Need Sleep was created to support families who are struggling with sleepless nights and exhausting bedtimes. After seeing friends, family and the children I worked with in my 6-year career as a nursery practitioner battle with sleep challenges, I was inspired to learn how I could help.

I went on to qualify as a Level 6 Sleep Practitioner with the London School of Childcare Studies, giving me the knowledge and tools to guide families through gentle, practical approaches to better sleep.

I support parents of babies and young children aged 6 months to 5 years, offering reassurance, understanding and personalised sleep plans designed to suit your child and your family. My goal is simple: to help bring calmer bedtimes, longer nights, and more rest for everyone.

Because when little ones sleep better… parents do too.
